MASKS/FACIAL COVERING REQUIRED IN OFFICE 4/27/2020For the safety of our patients, employees and physicians we are requiring ALL PATIENTS to wear a mask or facial covering in our offices. If you do not have a mask, please use a scarf or a bandana to cover your mouth and nose. We appreciate your cooperation!
