The health and safety of our patients, employees and physicians remains our top priority. In an effort to maintain the safest environment within our offices we have implemented several policies and procedures to protect our patients, employees and physicians.
UPDATED VISITOR POLICY at Northeast OB/GYN Offices:
Due to the recent spike in COVID cases within the San Antonio area, effective immediately (12/9/2020), ONLY ONE ADULT VISITOR will be allowed to accompany patients for the following appointments:
(1) CONFIRMATION OF PREGNANCY ULTRASOUND
(2) 20 WEEK ULTRASOUND
**No Children are allowed in the offices at this time, including newborns**
Masks are required to be worn the entire length of your visit in our office.
UPDATED SCREENING CRITERIA:
We continue to screen every patient prior to their appointments. The following questions will be asked when your arrive at our office for your appointment:
1. Within the last 24 hours, have you had any of the following symptoms:
- a. Temperature over 100.3 F?
- b. Sore Throat?
- c. Sudden loss of taste or smell?
- d. Cough?
- e. Shortness of Breath/Wheezing?
2. In the last 14 days, have you had a COVID test?
If yes, please state reason and result in comments.
(For example pre-op test, negative).
3.In the last 14 days, has anyone in your household been diagnosed with COVID?
