When you reach Northeast OB/GYN during normal business hours, you will have the following options:
- Press 1, to make, change or cancel an appointment
- Press 2, for prescription refills, lab results, any other medical related questions, or a triage nurse.
- Press 3, to reach medical records
- Press 4, to reach billing, surgery, or our pregnancy benefits department
- If you know your party’s extension, press 5
- Press 6, to reach an operator

Patient Portal
Please do not use the Patient Portal in an Emergency. The portal is for non-emergent, secure communication between patient and the staff physicians at Northeast OB/GYN.
Your username for the Patient Portal is your email address.
If sending a portal message, please type MEDICAL QUESTIONS in the TO field.
The patient portal is only monitored Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm. All requests may take 24 hours for response. This is for non-emergency inquiries.
