Thank you for your patience over the past month as we implemented our new electronic medical records system and patient portal. There have been several bumps along the way, and we apologize. We are truly grateful for each and every patient we have the honor of seeing. 

Important reminders which may help during this time:

(1)  Refills take 24-72 hours to process

(2)  Lab results take 5-7 business days to receive and process

(3)  The patient portal is the most effective way to communicate with our office. You may send a message from the portal to MEDICAL QUESTIONS, and we will respond as quickly as we can. Your username is your email address.

(4)  TEXT US! We have a *NEW* text only number 210-761-4062 for you to request appointments, ask questions, etc.

(5)  Schedule your appointments online at www.ne-obgyn.com
