Dr. Bruce Akright – Retirement Announcement

As many of you know, I will be retiring at the end of May, 2023. I have practiced obstetrics and gynecology in San Antonio for 39 years, initially as a solo practitioner and for the last 32 years as a partner with Northeast Ob/Gyn Associates. I have been fortunate to have a career doing something that I love and to develop many memories and relationships during this time. I hope that in some small way I have been able to help with your health and well-being over the years. It has truly been my privilege to work with so many wonderful patients.
 
Your medical records are still here with Northeast Ob/Gyn Associates and I am lucky to have worked with an incredible group of physicians and staff over the years. I encourage you to see any one of our 22 physicians and nurse practitioners. We have 6 locations: 2 in the Stone Oak area, and in  the Quarry, Schertz, Boerne and Bulverde areas. If it would better fit your needs to see a physician outside of our practice, they can complete a medical record request and we will be happy to forward your records to them.
